What are the technical characteristics of the kit?

Our transformation kit is designed to optimize the riding experience both in urban and extra-urban environments, ensuring excellent performance on flat or slightly sloping terrain. Thanks to this technological solution, riding the e-bike is extremely comfortable, with a light and fluid pedaling that minimizes effort, even on climbs with discrete slopes, where the assisted traction requires moderate pedaling effort.

Weight and Performance:

The final weight of the e-Bike, based on the Ciao PX model, is 37.2 kg, making it approximately 3 kg lighter than the dry weight of 40 kg declared for the original model by Piaggio.The pedal assistance is activated immediately and offers customizable adjustments in terms of power (up to 250W/32-45Nm) and speed, with a maximum limit of 25 km/h, for a tailor-made experience.

Electrical and Service Innovations:

We have updated the electrical system from 6V alternating to 12V continuous, integrating a double USB socket in place of the fuel cap, to allow convenient charging of smartphones. The horn now adopts a 12V motorcycle standard, ensuring a powerful acoustic signal. The lights, both front and rear, are now LED, maintaining the original brightness but with greater energy efficiency.

Updated Components:

The conversion includes the removal of the internal combustion engine with its coil, exhaust pipe and drive belt, optimizing the structure for electrical use. In addition to the structural modification of the frame and installation of the mechanical support parts, the following components are systematically replaced: rear axle complete with tire; side panels (with those of the PX-FL series in black); footrest of the frame cradle; handlebar levers and knobs; horn and headlight bulbs. A significant improvement concerns the installation of a rear disc brake system, which significantly increases the safety and effectiveness of braking.
