UNI EN 15194:2018 / PATENT
The CIAO modified frame, enriched by our innovative mechanical components, has brilliantly passed the fatigue resistance tests required by the UNI EN 15194:2018 standard. Certificates of conformity, including EMC tests, are the guarantee of our quality and your peaceful travel. The official status is sealed by the utility model patent issued by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, confirming the uniqueness of our conversion kit.
ON WHICH MODELS CAN IT BE INSTALLED
Our solution is suitable for every CIAO series, with a suggested focus for post '74 models. However, we are ready to evaluate with you the conversion of older models to preserve their history. Note: models with alloy wheels will require replacement of the front wheel to ensure maximum compatibility and aesthetic coherence with the rear one.
PLATES AND DOCUMENTATIONS
The new e-bike life of your CIAO does not require a license plate. In Italy, for models registered from 2006 onwards, a license plate suspension at the ACI will suffice. The original booklet is not a requirement, as long as the chassis number of your vehicle is legible and authentic, testifying to Piaggio originality.
